Koch Chemie VB Highly Concentrated Pre-Cleaner

Vorreiniger B (VB) is a highly concentrated, phosphate-free, alkaline pre-cleaner designed for tough pre-wash applications on cars and trucks. With strong foaming power and advanced surfactants, it quickly dissolves stubborn contaminants such as insect residue, bird droppings, brake dust, environmental fallout and rim dirt.

Special corrosion inhibitors ensure excellent material compatibility, even on sensitive components like anodised aluminium. VB is also suitable for copolymer dewaxing, making it a versatile choice for both professional car washes and enthusiasts who want to strip old waxes and sealants before re-application. Optimally suited for use in biological service water treatment systems and tested according to ÖNORM 5106.

How to Use & Dilution

• Pre-cleaning: 1:30 to 1:50
• Rim cleaning: 1:3 to 1:10
• Dewaxing: 1:5 to 1:10
• High-pressure washing: 1:300
  Apply evenly across the surface, allow a short dwell time (max. 5 min at 1:300 or 1 min at 1:30), then rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer. Do not use on hot surfaces or let the product dry.
