We want you to love your WashMe.ie fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized An Post location or local courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
